Can I return an item?

- Yes, but only if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
- Small variations in color, pattern, or design are normal for handmade products and are not considered defects.


How long do I have to request a return?

- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Who covers the return shipping?

- If the mistake is ours (wrong or faulty item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If you simply change your mind, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.


How do refunds work?

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

- Handmade pieces with natural pattern variations.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products returned without original packaging or tags.
